Dasvi: Abhishek Bachchan unveils new posters of him, Yami Gautam, and Nimrat Kaur

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has unveiled the new posters of the lead cast on social media from his film ‘Dasvi’. Helmed by Tushar Jalota, the film is about an uneducated politician named Ganga Ram Chaudhary, who wants to appear for the Class 10 board exam from jail. The film also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles.

Taking to Twitter, Abhishek shared a poster of Yami dressed as police officer Jyoti Deswal. She had an intense look on her face as she wore the police uniform in the movie.

Abhishek captioned the poster as, “Jyoti ji badi sakht hain, trailer aane main abhi thoda waqt hain! #DasviTrailer out tomorrow at 11 am! #Dasvi (sic).”

The next poster was of Nimrat who will be essaying the role of Abhishek’s wife in the movie – Bimla Devi. She was seen wearing a blue suit in the pic and happens to be the Chief Minister of the state.

Abhishek captioned the post as, “Mhari Bimmo kati jeher hain! Milliye humari dharam patni Bimla Devi Chaudhary se!”#DasviTrailer will be out tomorrow at 11 am! #Dasvi (sic).”

Last but not least is Abhishek Bachchan, who is looking dapper in the role of a politician. He captioned the poster as, “Chaudhrahat ki pagdi apni shaan hai, Ganga Ram Chaudhary humara naam hai. Kal aa rahe hain aap sab se milne trailer ke saath. #DasviTrailer out tomorrow at 11 am! #Dasvi (sic).”

Meanwhile, the makers are slated to release the trailer of ‘Dasvi’ tomorrow (March 23) at 11 pm. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan in collaboration with Jio Studios, it will stream on two OTT platforms – Netflix and JioCinema on April 7, 2022.
