Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tweet on farmers protest and slams PM Modi

Rahul Gandhi targeted the Modi Government over the ongoing farmers agitation and said that no government in the world could stop farmers from fighting.

As well, adding to that he said the Modi Government has to accept their demands and the black laws would have to be withdrawn.

Congress leader took to his official Twitter handle to attack the government over the protest by farmers. Rahul Gandhi wrote: “अन्नदाता सड़कों-मैदानों में धरना दे रहे हैं,
और
‘झूठ’ टीवी पर भाषण!

किसान की मेहनत का हम सब पर क़र्ज़ है।

ये क़र्ज़ उन्हें न्याय और हक़ देकर ही उतरेगा, न कि उन्हें दुत्कार कर, लाठियाँ मारकर और आंसू गैस चलाकर।

जागिए, अहंकार की कुर्सी से उतरकर सोचिए और किसान का अधिकार दीजिए।”

He has also posted a video on Twitter and started a campaign on Speak Up For Farmers.

Meanwhile, Farmers stay put at the Singhu border (Delhi-Haryana border), and Ghazipur-Ghaziabad (Delhi-UP) border as part of their ‘Delhi Chalo’ march against the farm laws.

The ‘Dilli Chalo’ march which started on November 25 has been seeing thousands of farmers from Punjab and Haryana moving towards the national capital to protest against the three farm reforms passed by Parliament in September.
