Chiranjeevi and Shruti Haasan’s ‘Waltair Veerayya’ to release on this date, see the poster
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited film ‘Waltair Veerayya’ is all set to release on January 13, 2023, the makers announced on Wednesday.
Sharing the news, the makers Mythri Movie Makers wrote on Twitter, “This Sankranthi, it’s time for the MASS MOOLAVIRAT darshanam in theatres #WaltairVeerayya GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE on 13th JAN, 2023 (sic).”

The announcement poster features Chiranjeevi in a vintage mass avatar donning a lungi and a vibrant shirt, along with a headband. He is riding a boat in the ocean on a rainy day.
Directed by Bobby Kolli (KS Ravindra), the film also stars Shruti Haasan, Ravi Teja, Rajendra Prasad, Catherine Tresa, Bobby Simha, Urvashi Rautela, and Vennela Kishore in pivotal roles.
Backed by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar on a massive scale under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers, GK Mohan is co-producing the movie.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Chiranjeevi was last seen in ‘GodFather’, the Telugu remake of the Malayalam film Lucifer. Besides Waltair Veerayya, he also has ‘Bhola Shankar’. The actor was recently awarded the Indian Film Personality of the Year Award for 2022 at the 53rd IFFI.
