Bob Biswas trailer: Abhishek Bachchan plays a role contract killer, film to release on Dec 3

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan plays a cold-blooded murderer in his upcoming film, Bob Biswas. Based on the intriguing character essayed by Saswata Chatterjee in Sujoy Ghosh’s 2012 thriller, Kahaani, the trailer of Bob Biswas dropped today, November 19.

The film is produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Sujoy Ghosh’s Bound Script Production. Bob Biswas’s trailer shows Abhishek’s character living a double life and claiming that he has suffered memory loss. People try to get him to work for them, while Bob tries to be loyal to his family. The trailer has many chilling moments and ends with the famous dialogue, “Bob Biswas, ek minute” from Kahaani.

Sharing the trailer of his thriller film with fans on social media, Abhishek Bachchan wrote, “Nomoshkar Meet Bob! #BobisBack #NomoshkarEkMinute #BobBiswas (sic).”

Directed by Diya Annapurna Ghosh, the film is backed by Gauri Khan, Sujoy Ghosh, and Gaurav Verma. It is set in Kolkata and the shoot for the film also took place there. The film is all set to stream on ZEE5 on December 3, 2021.
