Bhumi Pednekar tests positive for COVID-19, under home quarantine
After Akshay Kumar, Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar also tested positive for COVID-19. The actress is in-home quarantine.
Bhumi Pednekar recently took to her social media handle to inform her fans that she has tested positive for COVID-19.
Her post read as ”I have tested positive for COVID-19. As of today, I have mild symptoms, but am feeling ok and have isolated myself. I am following the protocols given by my doctors and medical professionals. If you have been in contact with me, request you to please get tested immediately. Steam, Vit-C, Food and a Happy mood are my go-to 🙂 Please don’t take the current situation lightly, even though I followed utmost precaution and care I’ve contracted it. Wear a mask, keep washing hands, maintain social distancing and be mindful of your general behaviour. Love Bhumi”.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Bhumi will next be seen in ‘Badhaai Do’ co-starring Rajkummar Rao in the leading role. This film is a follow-up to the 2018 comedy film ‘Badhaai Ho’ that starred Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra. The film is being directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni.
