Bank of India Notification: BOI Passbook/Statement generation remains unavailable between these days

Indian nationalized bank, Bank of India (BOI) has alerted the customers for its online banking and other related services.

Bank of India has said that the Missed Call Enquiry System and Passbook/Statement generation features from Internet Banking/Mobile Banking will be unavailable from November 27, 2021, 01:30 hrs (IST) to 28th November 2021 09:00 hrs (IST).

BOI took to Twitter to inform about the temporary suspension of these services so that its customers can schedule their transactions accordingly without facing any issues.

However, “during this time Digital Banking Services through ATMs, UPI, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, IMPS, and IVR systems will be available, the bank said.”
