Ayushmann Khurrana’s Anek to release in theatres on March 31, 2022
Actor Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer ‘Anek’, directed by Anubhav Sinha, will hit the theatres on March 31, 2022. Anek is a socio-political thriller shot in the Northeast.
Sharing a still from the film, Ayushmann wrote, “Thrilled to reunite with @anubhavsinhaa for a character that pushed me out of my comfort zone & with #BhushanKumar as a support system, #Anek will usher in a different language of cinema. Mark the date for this socio-political thriller: 31.03.2022 (sic).”

The film was earlier supposed to release on September 17, 2021. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the release was postponed.
Anek went on floors in February this year with an extensive shoot schedule in the Northeast region of the country. According to sources, Ayushmann is playing the role of Joshua in the socio-political thriller.
‘Anek’ is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Anubhav Sinha’s Benaras Mediaworks.
