Arya and Aishwarya Lekshmi-starrer ‘Captain’ trailer is out, film to release on September 8

On Monday, the makers of Arya and Aishwarya Lekshmi’s ‘Captain’ unveiled the much-awaited trailer of the movie. The film is directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan.

In the film, Arya is playing the role of a captain in the Indian army. In the trailer, it is revealed that Sector 42, which has been empty of military or civilian activities for 50 years, suddenly becomes the centre of attention because no one who ventured there has ever come back. They learn through investigation that a distinct, hazardous species resembling an alien resides there. The rest of the story is determined by how the army team handles the dangerous species.

Taking to Twitter Arya shared the official trailer of ‘Captain’, and wrote, “Here’s the #CaptainTrailer Hope you all like it (sic).”

Along with Arya and Aishwarya Lekshmi, ‘Captain’ also features Simran, Harish Uthaman, and Taufique Shersha among others.

‘Captain’ movie is all set to hit the theatres on September 8.
