Akshay Kumar completes 30 years in Bollywood, YRF celebrates this with a special Prithviraj poster

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has completed 30 years of his journey in the Hindi film industry. On this special occasion, YRF has celebrated the actor’s special milestone by creating a new Prithviraj poster.

In Prithviraj, Akshay Kumar will be essaying the role of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan who fought valiantly against the merciless invader Muhammad of Ghor.

Taking to Twitter YRF (Yash Raj Films) has shared a video where they unveiled the new poster and wrote, “Celebrating @akshaykumar and his 30 years of incredible cinema! Watch the unveiling video NOW! Celebrate Samrat #Prithviraj Chauhan with #YRF50 only at a theatre near you on 3rd June (sic).”

On the other hand, Akshay also took to his Twitter and shared the same video and gave thanks to the makers.

“30 years of cinema, a lifetime filled with your love! Thank you for this amazing journey and thank you @yrf for piecing it together so beautifully with #Prithviraj, releasing in cinemas on 3rd June,” he captioned the post.”

‘Prithviraj’ is directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, and it is a historical drama based on the life of warrior king Prithviraj Chauhan. The film also marks Manushi Chillar’s Bollywood debut who will play the role of Princess Sanyogita.

Apart from Akshay and Manushi, ‘Prithviraj’ will also star Sonu Sood and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. Produced by Yash Raj Films, the film is slated to release on 3rd June, 2022.

Meanwhile, on the work front, apart from ‘Prithviraj’, Akshay will be seen in ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Raksha Bandhan’, ‘Gorkha’, and ‘OMG 2′.
