After ‘Atrangi Re’, Dhanush confirms his next project with director Arun Matheswaran
Actor Dhanush has bagged another big project as he will now be featured in Arun Matheswaran’s next. The actor confirmed this news on Twitter. Arun Matheswaran made his directorial debut with Rocky, which was released in theatres on December 23 in Tamil Nadu. The film starring Vasanth Ravi is getting overwhelming reviews.
Dhanush took to Twitter to share an announcement regarding his upcoming film. He said that he is a fortunate actor to have bagged director Arun Matheswaran’s upcoming film. He wrote, “Yes. The speculations are true. I am that fortunate actor who bagged @ArunMatheswaran‘s next directorial. More details soon. Om Namashivaaya (sic).”

Dhanush was last seen in director Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re. The love story features Dhanush, Akshay Kumar, and Sara Ali Khan in lead roles. The film skipped theatrical release and premiered on Disney+Hotstar on December 24.
