Akshay Kumar shares a new look from his upcoming film ‘Selfiee’

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has shared a new picture from the sets of his next movie, ‘Selfiee’. The actor is seen sitting on an open car while sporting a new dapper look. He has a serious expression on his face as he poses in a colorful faux fur coat. The actor explained how as actors, they wear costumes that are not suitable for the weather at that point in time.

Sharing his look from the shoot of a song, Akshay wrote, “My mantra for today – Garmi, humidity aur faux fur…Sab chalega, bas kaam kar, kaam kar Shooting a mast new song for #Selfiee. See you in cinemas, February 24 (sic).”

Directed by Raj Mehta, the film also features Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty, and Nushrratt Bharuccha. ‘Selfiee’ is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Akshay Kumar’s Cape of Good Films, along with Sukumaran’s Prithviraj Productions and Magic Frames.

The film is an official remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Driving License. The Malayalam film starred Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu.

‘Selfiee’ is said to release in theatres on February 24, 2023.
