MS Dhoni’s first look from ‘Atharva: The Origin’ unveiled

MS Dhoni, the former Indian cricket team captain will be seen in an all-new avatar in the upcoming film Atharva: The Origin. Touted to be a “new age graphic novel”, ‘Atharva: The Origin’ is an adaptation of debutant author Ramesh Thamilmani`s unpublished book of the same name.

The cricketer shared the look on his Facebook page and wrote, “Happy to announce my new Avatar…..Atharva (sic).”

In the teaser, the iconic cricketer could be seen fighting devils in his animated avatar.

Written by Ramesh Thamilmani, the film is produced by Vincent Adaikalaraj and Ashok Manor. The upcoming series is backed by Dhoni Entertainment, the media company that was founded by Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni in 2019.
