SBI Invites Applications For SO Recruitment 2021- Total 69 Posts On Offer
The largest nationalized bank, State Bank Of India, asked invitation for 69 Specialist Cadre Officers such as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Product Manager, Circle Defence Banking Advisor, and Relationship Manager.
The application window has already opened on August 13, 2021, and the candidates can apply for the posts until September 2, 2021. State Bank Of India Central Recruitment And Promotion Department Corporate Centre Mumbai has issued the recruitment notification.

Age limit for the SO posts SBI
- The maximum age for candidates who are likely to apply for the Assistant manager is 30 years.
- Deputy Manager, Relationship Manager (OMP), and Product Manager have to be between 25 to 35 years.
- Circle Defence Banking Advisor candidates have a maximum age limit of 60 years.
Qualification for applying for the posts
Assistant Manager- Engineer (Civil): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institute to apply for the Assistant Manager post.
Assistant Manager- Engineer (Electrical): Candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institute for this post.
Deputy Manager (Agri Spl): Candidates applying for the position should have an MBA/ PGDM in Rural Management or MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business / Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management/ Postgraduate in Agriculture as a full-time course from a recognized varsity.
Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication): Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager, should have a full-time MBA (Marketing)/PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing by any Govt. of India approved or recognized Institution.
Product Manager (OMP): Candidates applying for the position must have a B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics & Communication along with MBA/ PGDM or equivalent degree (as a full-time course).
Relationship Manager (OMP): Candidates applying for the position require a B.E./ B. Tech along with MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree (as a full-time course) with a specialization in Marketing. candidates would also require a minimum of 5 years of total experience as of July 1, 2021.
Circle Defence Banking Advisor: To apply for this post, candidates must have to be a retired Major General or Brigadier from Indian Army, or from comparable ranks from the Indian Navy or Air Force.
According to the notification, all the candidates would be short-listed first, and then they would be chosen through interview. However, for the assistant manager, Both written and interviews would be conducted.
