Oppo A95 5G launched with MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor

Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has launched a new 5G smartphone called the OPPO A95 5G in its home country in China. The highlighted features of the OPPO A95 5G are MediaTek chipset, 5G connectivity, AMOLED display, and a lot more among others. According to the report, the smartphone is very similar to the Oppo F19 Pro+ that was launched in India earlier this year. The smartphone also comes with a liquid cooling technology and 30W VOOC Flash Charge fast charging. The phone features a 6.43-inch AMOLED Full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) 60Hz display with a 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio and a hole-punch cutout for its front camera. The phone is powered by the smartphone has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC, paired with an ARM G57 MC3 GPU. The smartphone is offered with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of storage, which can be expanded (up to 256GB) via a microSD card. The handset will be running on ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11.

Coming to the camera features, the Oppo A95 5G comes with a triple rear camera set up that includes a 48-megapixel primary camera accompanied with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor along with an LED flash. On the front, you will get a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calling with an f/2.4 lens.

In terms of battery, the phone is fuelled by a massive 4,310mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge fast charging technology and has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include a 3.5mm headphone port, a USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and OTG data transfer support.

Oppo A95 5G price and availability:

The OPPO A95 5G is launched in China with a starting price of CNY 1,999 (approx USD 308 or Rs 22,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. While the 8GB RAM + 256GB Storage model is launched at CNY 2,299 (approx Rs 26,000 or USD 354). The handset will be available for black, blue, and silver color options, and it will be available for sale by the end of April.
