The husband is alleged of murder a pregnant wife in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

The husband has been alleged of feeding acid to his seven-month-pregnant woman. The incident was took place at Ashoknagar in North 24 Parganas.

On this incident, the 25-year-old woman named Shampa Sur has been died.

According to the police and family source, after the incident, she was admited to Ashoknagar State General Hospital in critical condition. As her condition deteriorated there, after then she was admited to R G Kar Medical College and Hospital. The woman died there at night.

According to family sources, Shampa Sur and Dipankar Nandi got married three years ago. The couple rented a house and lived alone with their wife for some family reasons. Dipankar used to beat his wife almost every day.

The family of the deceased alleged that she was killed by deliberately consuming acid. Shampa’s father Shivshankar Babu was lodged a written complaint against Dipankar on Tuesday. Ashoknagar police arrested Dipankar Nandi from his house last night on the basis of the allegations.
