Rashmika Mandanna to team up with Vikram for ‘Chiyaan 61’

Chiyaan Vikram has announced his next film with director Pa Ranjith, and the film titled ‘Chiyaan 61’ started rolling with a pooja on July 16. The latest report suggests that Rashmika Mandanna has been under consideration for the female lead in ‘Chiyaan 61’ as the producers are looking for a new duo for the Vikram movie. However, the makers are yet to announce any official statement regarding the same.

The movie, which is reportedly a high-action drama and is set in the nineteenth century, is about KGF fields and the people who worked there. Arya and Sivakumar, who were recently spotted in the movie Muhurat Puja, are anticipated to play significant roles. The soundtrack will be composed by GV Prakash Kumar.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rashmika will soon start working at Pushpa: The Rule, the sequel of her blockbuster show, Pushpa: The Rise with Allu Arjun in the lead role. The film is supposed to go on the floors soon.

In Bollywood, Rashmika is eagerly anticipating the release of ‘Mission Majnu’, in which Sidharth Malhotra co-stars. Moreover, she also has ‘Goodbye’, in which she will act with her co-star Amitabh Bachchan.
