Munmun Dutta pays tribute to her late co-star Ghanshyam Nayak with a heartfelt post
Ghanshyam Nayak from ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, who entertained one and all as Nattu Kaka for years passed away yesterday (October 3). After his demise his co-star Munmun Dutta has extremely heartbroken.
Munmun took to social media and wrote, “His fighting spirit and inspirational words, in the face of adversity, is what I remember the most. He would fondly call me his ‘Dikri’ Too many memories, too many great things to write about you. I was blessed to know you for the past 13 years Kaka Om Shanti (sic).”

Ghanshyam Nayak was 77. He had worked in around 100 Gujarati and Hindi films, along with his work in approximately 350 Hindi Tv serials. He’s best known for his role of Nattu Kaka in ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’.
Ghanashyam underwent surgery in 2020 to remove the knots in his neck. Earlier this year, he said in an interview that he was diagnosed with cancer.
