Moto G22 expected to launch in India on April 8: Check its specifications

Lenovo-owned sub-brand Motorola is all set to introduce a new budget-friendly device called the Moto G22 in India. Flipkart, via a dedicated landing page on its website, teased the India launch of the Moto G22. However, the time of the launch event and India pricing details of the smartphone are unknown at this moment. The smartphone was announced in Europe last month and is expected to make its debut in India on April 8.

According to the source report, the Moto G22’s India variant will come in India with MediaTek Helio G37 SoC. In addition, it is expected to include a quad rear camera setup and a 50-megapixel main sensor.

Moto G22 specifications and features:

The Indian variant of Moto G22 is likely to have most of the same specifications as the European variant. The Moto G22 is expected to come with a 6.5-inch Max Vision display with a 90Hz high refresh rate. Under the hood, the handset could be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

In terms of photography, the Moto G20 includes a quad rear camera system that includes a 50-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and two 2-megapixel image sensors. At the front, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video chats.

For the connectivity options, the phone supports – 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5, NFC, USB Type C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In term of battery, Motorola could pack a 5,000mAh battery on this phone which support 20W TurboPower fast charging.
