Indian pacer Shardul Thakur has been acquired by Kolkata Knight Riders from Delhi capitals on Monday ahead of the IPL 2023 mini-auction.
Shardul Thakur was bought for a whopping Rs 10.75 crore at the IPL 2022 mega auction earlier this year by Delhi Capitals.
According to the ESPNcricinfo website, the deal that was finalized on Monday is an all-cash deal.

This was the third trade completed by Shreyas Iyer’s Knight Riders after bringing home Lockie Ferguson and Rahmanullah Gurbaz from Gujarat Titans on Sunday (November 13). The IPL 2023 retention window is scheduled to close on Tuesday at 5 pm IST.
Meanwhile, Thakur Shardul is being also part of the Indian Squad for the New Zealand tour where Men in Blue are slated to play six white-ball games, commencing from November 18.
