Vijay Deverakonda receives blessing for ‘Liger’ from Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer ‘Liger’ is scheduled to hit screens on August 25, 2022. Ahead of the release, the team is leaving no stone unturned to promote the film. Recently, Deverakonda along with the team visited the set of megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Godfather’. He also met Salman Khan who is also part of the film in a cameo.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, Vijay Deverakonda shared the picture of the megastars and wrote, ”Megastar @KChiruTweets sir & @BeingSalmanKhan sir -Your blessings and love for #Liger means the world to us! My respect and love always (sic).”

On his post, several fans used the heart emoji. Chiranjeevi was dressed in a black T-shirt, leather jacket, and pants in the photo. Salman Khan wore a red T-shirt with a black blazer and matching jeans. Vijay was dressed entirely in black. Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur have also joined the stars in the picture.

‘Liger’ is the upcoming movie directed by Puri Jagannadh and backed by Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. The film stars Deverakonda as an underdog MMA fighter, while Ananya plays her love interest. The film also stars Ramya Krishnan and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles. Legendary boxer Mike Tyson is making his debut in Indian cinema with the movie.
