Tollywood actor Suriya has announced his next film with director Bala, almost 18 years after their last film together ‘Pithamagan’.
This actor-director pair will be working together for the film temporarily called #Suriya41.
Informing about his next, the production house of the film took to social media and wrote, “Here are some stills from the pooja and #Day1 shoot of #Suriya41 directed by #DirBala Sir (sic).”

The untitled film will be bankrolled by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment. The film’s score will be taken care of by GV Prakash Kumar and cinematographer Balasubramaniam will crank the camera. The filmmakers are yet to reveal the details of the remaining cast and crew.
Meanwhile, Suriya was last seen in ‘Etharkkum Thunindhavan’, written and directed by Pandiraj.
