‘Suriya 42’ motion poster: Siruthai Siva promises to present a stunning avatar of Suriya

Actor-filmmaker Suriya is collaborating with director Siva for his next project tentatively titled ‘Suriya 42’. The film is touted to be a period action-adventure drama that features Suriya in a larger-than-life avatar.

The makers on Friday unveiled the motion poster of ‘Suriya 42’ and it gives a glimpse of Suriya’s characterization and looks in the film. The film is directed by Popular filmmaker Siruthai Siva.

Sharing the motion poster video on Twitter, Suriya wrote, “We seek all your good wishes as we begin our adventure!”

The promo begins with an eagle flying across a battlefield, where we see horse-riding warriors slashing at each other with swords and axes. The bird then flies to a warrior, who is standing on top of a cliff and watching the battle that’s raging below him, and sits on his shoulder.

‘Suriya 42’ features Disha Patani as the leading lady and marks her Kollywood debut. The shooting of the film is progressing which will be later released in 10 languages in 3D. The music is composed by ‘Rockstar’ Devi Sri Prasad. Studio Green and UV Creations will be jointly bankrolling this venture. The cast and crew of the film will be announced very soon.
