Sony Xperia 10 III Lite launched in Japan: Know the price, specifications, and other details

Sony has expanded its range of Xperia series smartphones by launching the Sony Xperia 10 III Lite in the Japanese market. The phone has arrived as a variant of the Xperia 10 III, which was launched in April this year.

The Sony Xperia 10 III Lite is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoC and comes with a triple camera setup at the back. The 5G-enabled phone runs on Android 11 software and packs 6GB RAM.

The phone features a 6-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,520 pixels) OLED display. The smartphone has an aspect ratio of 21:9 and comes with support for HDR. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoC paired with 6GB RAM. Internal storage is 64GB and it can be expanded further using a microSD card slot (up to 1TB).

In terms of photography, there is a triple camera setup at the back of the Sony Xperia 10 III Lite smartphone that includes a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. At the front, the phone includes an 8-megapixel camera for selfies.

Under the hood, the phone packs a 4,500mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C port, 5G, and more.

The Sony Xperia 10 III Lite comes at a priced price tag of JPY 46,800, which roughly translates to Rs 31,600 in the Indian currency. The smartphone comes in White, Black, Blue, and Pink color options. It will be going on sale from August 27 via Rakuten Mobile and other retailers in Japan.
