Shah Rukh Khan Birthday: Celebs and Fans shower love to SRK as he turns 56

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan is celebrating his 56th birthday today, November 2. As soon as the clock ticked 12, fans of megastar Shah Rukh Khan can’t keep calm as the actor turns 56 today. Social media is flooded with sweet wishes for SRK with top trends on Twitter.

Many of his industry colleagues sent gifts for the Birthday Boy. November 1, Bollywood celebrities like Ekta Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra sent gifts for King Khan.

Just like every year, hundreds of SRK fans started gathering outside Mannat ahead of his birthday.

Addressing SRK as ‘Shah of entertainment,’ actor Rahul Dev tweeted, “Here’s wishing the ‘Shah’ of entertainment, @iamsrk a very happy, healthy and blessed birthday… #HappyBirthdaySRK #ShahRukhKhan (sic).”

Actor Isha Koppikar, boxer Vijender Singh, and cricket Munaf Patel were among those who sent their birthday wishes to Shah Rukh Khan on Twitter.

The actor’s IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders, shared a photo of him surrounded by fans. “Words can’t describe these emotions! Happiest birthday to the one and only #ShahRukhKhan,” the cricket team tweeted.

Shah Rukh Khan was born on November 2, 1965 in Delhi. He tied the knot with his girlfriend Gauri Chibber on October 25, 1991. The couple has three children- son Aryan Khan (23), daughter Suhana Khan (21) and son AbRam (8).

On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is said to be shooting for his upcoming venture with Tamil director Atlee in Pune. The film reportedly stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, and Priyamani amongst others.
