S-W Railway cancels all trains till March-end

Bengaluru, March 22 (IANS) The South Western Railway (SWR) has cancelled all trains originating from the railway zone till midnight March 31 in the wake of COVID-19, an official said on Sunday.

“In the wake of COVID-19, all originating long distance mail, express, intercity, premium and passenger trains shall remain cancelled till 24:00 hours of March 31 (12 a.m. April 1),a said a spokesperson of SWR.

However, trains which commenced their journey before 4 a.m. on Sunday will run up to their destinations.
