Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza reunite for comedy-drama ‘Mister Mummy’, first look out

Riteish Deshmukh and his wife actress Genelia D’Souza are finally set to come together on screen again, in their upcoming film, ‘Mister Mummy’.

Genelia shared the first posters of the film which feature both Genelia and Riteish as pregnant people.

One of the ‘Mister Mummy’ posters shows Riteish and Genelia with their baby bumps, lying beside each other. Riteish’s character poster shows him holding his baby bump with a worried look on his face.

Sharing the posters on Twitter, Genelia wrote, “A twisted laughter ride and story like never seen before. Get ready to laugh your heart out and till your stomach hurts #MisterMummy (sic).”

Directed by Shaad Ali, the comedy-drama is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Shaad Ali & Siva Ananth.

Besides this, on Thursday, the couple celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. The ‘Housefull’ actor took to his Twitter handle to share a special post for his ‘baiko’. He wrote, ”Being with you is the greatest blessing of my life. Sharing laughter, tears, joy, struggles, fears, happiness, we have walked these miles holding each other’s hands, a step at a time. With you by my side I feel I could do anything. Happy 10th Anniversary Baiko (sic).”

On the work front, Riteish was last seen in the 2020 film ‘Baaghi 3’ and has three more films in the pipeline. Genelia’s last theatrical Hindi release was ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ in 2012 and starred alongside Riteish. Later, she appeared in a digital release, ‘It’s My Life’ opposite Harman Baweja.
