Prabhas and Kriti Sanon’s starrer Adipurush to hit the screens on August 11, 2022
After much buzzing, the makers of Prabhas’s starter Adipurush have announced that the film will hit the theaters next year on Aug 11.
To note, Adipurush is an upcoming Indian mythological film based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. The film is helmed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles. Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, Adipurush stars Prabhas as Adipurush, Kriti Sanon as Sita, and Saif Ali Khan as Ravana. It is expected that the film is one of the most expensive Indian films ever made.
Film Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to Twitter to announce the release of the pan-India film Adipurush today, September 27. Adipurush, starring Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles, will release on August 11, 2022.

The shooting of Adipurish, which was halted due to the second wave of the novel coronavirus pandemic, was resumed for the third schedule on July 3. Reportedly, the film is mounted on a massive budget of Rs 400 crore.
On the other hand, the film will be clashing with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan. Both are releasing on the same date. The film is helmed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon. The film revolves around the brother-sister bond.
