The makers of Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati starrer ‘Bheemla Nayak’ have finally shared two release dates for the film. The movie which was earlier slated to release on January 12 will now hit the theatres on either February 25 or April 1.
The makers of the film have released an official statement clarifying that the release date of the film will be decided depending on the COVID-19 situation in the country.
Sharing an official statement regarding the film’s release date, Sithara Entertainment tweeted, “As we have always promised, #BheemlaNayak will be a massive theatrical experience. So, we have to wait for the pandemic to subside for presenting it in the theatres for you all. We intend to release the movie on 25th February or 1st April, whenever the situation improves (sic).”

‘Bheemla Nayak’ is the official Telugu remake of the Malayalam super hit film, Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati stepped into the shoes of Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the remake. Nithya Menen and Samyuktha Menon have been roped in to play pivotal roles in the film.
Directed by Saagar K Chandra, the film’s screenplay is written by Trivikram Srinivas. The film is produced by Suryadevera Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments.
Meanwhile, apart from ‘Bheemla Nayak’, Pawan Kalyan has ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ in the pipeline. The film is a historical drama directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. The film will also star Nidhhi Agerwal, Arjun Rampal and Nargis Fakhri.
