Chinese smartphone maker Oppo is going to unveil the latest under-display camera technology in Mobile World Congress (MWC )Shanghai on June 26.
Just before the event, Oppo released a teaser video where we can see a glance of this latest technology. On their official Twitter handle, they have uploaded a 15-second video where they showed the revolution of Oppo’s front cameras. Within the short teaser, they showed their continuous development of front cameras. From the motorized camera to the oppo Reno’s Shark-fin pop-up camera. To their every phone they tried to give the minimal bezels. This new teased phone shows it is a full display phone. According to various social media suggestions, the will not be launched at the MWC event, Beijing. It is still on the prototype mode.
However, Shen Yiren Oppo’s VP wrote on Weibo that they are currently focusing to solve the under display camera complications and due to the difficulties currently hard to produce these technology-based smartphones in large scale. It is not clear yet that the phone will come under any existing series or under a new Oppo series. Oppo is going to introduce this new technology on June 26 but it is not the single company to working on this feature. Other Chinese companies like Xiaomi and Honor also working on it.
