Nayanthara’s first look out as Sathyapriya Jaidev from Chiranjeevi’s ‘GodFather’
The makers of the upcoming action political film ‘GodFather’ on Thursday, unveiled the first look poster of south actress Nayanthara. She plays the character of Sathyapriya Jaidev in the movie. The makers also revealed that the film will release on October 5.
Sharing the first look poster on Twitter, Nayanthara wrote, “Here is Sathyapriya Jaidev from #GodFather (sic).”

In the poster, Nayanthara looks traditional in a cotton linen checkered saree. The actress appears a bit intense as she is busy preparing a letter on the typewriter.
Helmed by Mohan Raja, the film also stars south superstar actor Chiranjeevi in the lead role. ‘GodFather’ is an adaptation of the Mollywood blockbuster Lucifer. The original was directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and featured Mohanlal in the lead.
The film has a strong cast that includes Satyadev, Biju Menon, and Murali Mohan, among others. Salman Khan has an extended cameo in his first Telugu movie.
RB Choudary and NV Prasad have produced GodFather, while Konidela Surekha will be presenting the film. The film’s music is composed by S Thaman. ‘GodFather’ is slated to hit the screens on October 5.
