Looop Lapeta trailer out: Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin’s film to be stream on Netflix

Today, January 13, the makers of ‘Looop Lapeta’ have released the much-awaited trailer of Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin-starrer’s upcoming film. The film is a Hindi-language remake of German filmmaker Tom Tykwer’s 1998 cult classic movie Run Lola Run. The film promises to be an adventurous ride through a sticky situation where a girlfriend is on a mission to rescue her boyfriend.

Taapsee Pannu took to Twitter to share the trailer of her much-awaited film, ‘Looop Lapeta’. The 2-minute-25-second trailer shows Taapsee and Tahir trying to win back Rs 50 lakh. Taapsee is seen entrusted with the responsibility of winning Rs 50 lakh in 50 minutes and, at the same time, she has to save her boyfriend.

Dropping the trailer, the actress wrote, “50 lakh 50 min Can Savi save Satya in time? @TahirRajBhasin #LooopLapeta, a Sony Pictures Films India Feature, and Ellipsis Entertainment Production , directed by @AakashBhatia , coming on 4th Feb, only on Netflix. #LooopLapetaTrailer (sic).”

The film is jointly bankrolled by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment, and Aayush Maheshwari. Looop Lapeta was earlier scheduled to hit the screens in January 2021 but it got delayed due to the pandemic. Directed by Aakash Bhatia, the film will now start streaming on Netflix from February 4.

Meanwhile, on the work front, other than ‘Looop Lapeta’, Taapsee has ‘Shabaash Mithu’, ‘Blurr’, and ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan’ in her kitty.
