Lava X2 launched in India with a MediaTek Helio SoC: Check price and specifications

Indian smartphone brand, Lava International Limited, has launched a new entry-level smartphone Lava X2 in India. The smartphone comes with lots of interesting features such as a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display, 2GB of RAM, an octa-core MediaTek Helio SoC, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Lava X2 Price in India:

Lava X2 price in India has been set at Rs 7,999 for the sole 2GB+32GB internal storage variant. The device is currently available for pre-ordering ordering via Amazon. The pre-order stage will go on till March 11. If you pre-book the device, you can get the smartphone for Rs 6,598. The device has been launched in two color options: Blue and Cyan.

Lava X2 specifications and features:

Lava X2 features a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display with a waterdrop style notch. Under the hood, it is powered by an unidentified octa-core MediaTek Helio SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The company has not revealed which Android version will the device run.

In terms of camera, the phone gets a dual rear camera setup with an 8-megapixel primary sensor. At the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Lava packs a 5,000mAh battery on this smartphone. For security, the device features a rear fingerprint scanner and facial recognition. In terms of connectivity, the phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C charging port.
