Kartik Aaryan’s Rooh Baba from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will get a comic book avatar

‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, will soon be adapted into a comic book series based on Kartik’s Rooh Baba character.

Taking to his social media handles Kartik announce the same and wrote, “#RoohBaba aur unki kahaniyan ab aa gayi hai comics ki Bhool Bhulaiyaa mein This one is for all my lil fans, #RoohBabaKiBhoolBhulaiyaa @diamondcomics @TSeries @Cine1Studios (sic).”

Titled ‘Rooh Baba Ki Bhool Bhulaiyaa’, the comic book series will be published by Diamond Comics in partnership with production houses T-Series and Cine1Studios. The comic book series, likely to be loaded with animated pictures, is targeted at a younger audience.

For those unaware, Diamond Comics is the name behind iconic characters like Chacha Chaudhary, Billoo, Pinki, and Motu Patlu to know some.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, the horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ was released in theatres on May 20. Also starring Tabu, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ has emerged as one of the biggest Bollywood hits of 2022, grossing over approx Rs 250 crore at the box office.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan will next be seen in Shashanka Ghosh’s ‘Freddy’, Rohit Dhawan’s ‘Shehzada’, and Sameer Vidwans ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’.
