Karnataka’s reformed don Muthappa Rai passes away

Bengaluru, May 15 (IANS) Karnataka’s reformed don Muthappa Rai died at a private hospital here in the wee hours of Friday, an official said. He was 68.

“Rai passed away around 2.30 a.m. of cancer in our hospital where he was under treatment,” a Manipal Hospital spokesman told IANS.

He is survived by two sons.
