The makers of Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film, ‘Good Luck Jerry’, have finally revealed the release date of the film. Directed by Siddharth Sengupta, ‘Good Luck Jerry’ will stream on Disney+ Hotstar from July 29.
The shooting of Good Luck Jerry began last year in Punjab. The cast and crew of the film completed filming by March 2021.
Announcing the same on the official Twitter handle of Disney+ Hotstar’s shared the first-look poster. “Apni kismat banane nikli hai Jerry, good luck nahi bolenge? #GoodLuckJerry streaming from 29th July only on #DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex (sic),” read the tweet.

‘Good Luck Jerry’ is the Hindi adaptation of the 2018 Tamil film Kolamavu Kokila, which starred Nayanthara in the lead role. Janhvi will be seen reprising the role essayed by Nayanthara in the remake. However, the film directed by Siddharth Sengupta will have a different setting. Written by Pankaj Matta, Good Luck Jerry also features Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisht, Neeraj Sood, and Sushant Singh in pivotal roles.
‘Good Luck Jerry’ is backed by Colour Yellow Productions and LYCA Productions, in association with Sundial Entertainment.
