Chiyaan Vikram’s Cobra trailer is out, film to release on August 31

On Thursday, (Aug 25), the makers of Chiyaan Vikram’s ‘Cobra’ released the much-awaited action-packed trailer of the film. Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film also stars KGF actress Srinidhi Shetty, and former cricketer Irfan Pathan will be making his acting debut with Cobra as the antagonist.

Seven Screen Studios shared the video on Twitter. Its tweet read: “Every Problem Has A Mathematical Solution Dropping the #CobraTrailer right now @chiyaan’s #Cobra An @AjayGnanamuthu Film An @arrahman Musical @RedGiantMovies_@Udhaystalin @SrinidhiShetty7 @IrfanPathan @SonyMusicSouth @proyuvraaj (sic).”

The ‘Cobra’ trailer teases the audience with vibrant visuals and high-octane action sequences. AR Rahman scored the music for the film. Besides of Vikram and Srinidhi Shetty, the film stars Miya George, Roshan Mathew, Sarjano Khalid, Padmapriya, Mohammad Ali Baig, Kaniha, Mirnalini Ravi, Meenakshi, and K. S. Ravikumar will also be seen doing supporting roles.

‘Cobra’ will release in cinemas on August 31.

Furthermore, Chiyaan Vikram is also awaiting the release of Mani Ratnam’s latest magnum opus ‘Ponniyin Selvan’. The period drama has a star-studded cast that includes Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Prakash Raj, and Sobhita Dhulipala, among others. The film is slated to release in theatres on September 30.
