Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are all set to team up for director Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming action-drama ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.’ The makers of the movie have released the first glimpse of the film today, February 8. Akshay Kumar also shares the teaser on his social media handle which went viral on the internet.
The film, which is slated to release on Christmas 2023, has the same title as the 1998 classic, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in lead roles. But it is unclear if it is a remake. The release announcement uses the title track of the 1998 film in the background. The original was a comedy caper, while this one is being described as an ‘action entertainer’.
Sharing the video on Twitter, Akshay wrote, “The year you debuted in this world, I debuted in films. Phir bhi muqabla karoge Chote Miyan? Chal phir ho jaye full-on action! @iTIGERSHROFF #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan Christmas 2023. (sic).”

The blockbuster director Ali Abbas Zaffar after delivering box office hits such as ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Sultan’ and ‘Bharat’ is now geared up to direct the BadeMiyan ChoteMiyan franchise.
